The Amazon Digital Advertising team (ADA) focuses on leveraging Amazons Advertising DSP to support the digital marketing initiatives of Amazons own strategic businesses. Our stakeholders are the internal marketing teams across Amazon and our mission is to develop better digital advertising programs for those businesses. We operate across marketing program management and new product development. The Senior Manager role will focus on expanding the Amazon DSPs supply footprint and identifying opportunities to improve the performance and scale of our digital marketing initiatives.
This is a high impact role and to be successful you will need to be innovative in your thinking and technically savvy. You will need to be effective at crossteam collaboration building consensus and communicating a vision. You will need to have a solid understanding of the art and science of digital advertising; and be comfortable working with complex challenges of petabyte data scale diverse products and a global footprint. You will need to have problem solving skills business judgment technical depth and demonstrated experience leading initiatives that involve multiple crossfunctional teams. You will need to thrive playing a leading role on a highly visible team.
The Senior Manager is a digital advertising expert designing managing and scaling effective and innovative digital programs via the Amazon DSP.
Key job responsibilities
Establish an industryleading vision and evangelize to senior leadership.
Develop roadmap strategy and feature prioritization for building marketing tools within Amazons proprietary advertising platform.
Identify and develop supply opportunities in partnership with APS/3PX supply teams and BD stakeholders.
Partner with key stakeholders across Amazon to identify opportunities for delivering on our strategic objectives.
Contribute to the development of Amazon Advertising solutions by identifying feature gaps and providing requirements and corresponding business cases to internal Ad Tech teams.
Develop mechanisms that measure and drive DSP product and supply adoption by marketing teams.
Proactively identify opportunities to extend marketing success to benefit the broader Ads Flywheel.
Be a thoughtleader that identifies trends in the industry and anticipates the need for future innovation.
Lead and develop a highperforming team that operates independently and delivers on objectives.
10 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience managing teams
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience driving direction and alignment with crossfunctional teams
Experience in interteam working skills to develop partnership with partner tech team and operating at leadership levels

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $168300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
