Your role:
- Active involvement in shaping our communications strategy including identifying relevant corporate topics as well as industry and mobility trends
- Planning implementation and localization of the international communication strategy of the B2B and Consumer brands in Belgium and the Netherlands
- Establishment and expansion of a network of journalists multipliers and cooperation partners
- Managing and answering press inquiries
- Supporting internal stakeholders and business units in communications topics including supporting HQ Internal Communications with content localization for Belgium and local content creation
- Conception planning and implementation of communications and PR projects locally as well as on a European level
- Planning and creation of content on company news product updates and industry topics. This includes all relevant formats such as press releases or the preparation of interviews
- Planning implementation and evaluation of our own events and external industry events in Belgium and the Netherlands (including responsibility for event materials such as presentations booths rollups flyers merchandise)
- Coordination and content creation for advertorials in close cooperation with the B2B marketing team
- Success control reporting and continuous optimization of all activities
- Endtoend project management from ideation to . Eg. industry event research booth set up and event .
- Budget responsibility for communications projects in Belgium and the Netherlands
- Monthly travels to Belgium (once a month 12 days)
- Occasional travel for events is required 45 times a year
Qualifications :
Your skills:
- Degree in Public Relations Journalism Communications Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Public Relations Communications or in an agency
- An existing network of press contacts in Belgium and/or the Netherlands
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Independent and structured way of working and the ability to keep several balls in the air without losing sight of the details
- Organizational talent as well as very good project management skills
- Dutch and French on native speaker level as you will be managing Communications in Belgium and the Netherlands and fluent in English as you will be working in an international team and organization
