- Oversee onsite operations of two Mobile Home / RV Communities sustaining or increasing occupancy rates
- Build positive relationships with residents vendors and team members
- Assist in the marketing showing and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
- Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
- Collect rent ensuring timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates of 97.
- Enforce rules & regulations of community
- Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
- Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
- Landscaping such as mowing lawn removing weeds and brush and other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
- Clean laundry rooms and common areas such as bathrooms and clubhouses
- Completing work orders and rental turns such as changing air filters replacing windows and painting
- Regular site walks picking up trash and debris
- Maintain tools and maintenance equipment and keep maintenance room in neat condition.
- Touchup painting and repainting buildings or rooms as required.
- Open clogged drains fixes leaks and performs other simple plumbing jobs.
- Change light bulbs may replace fixtures and does similar minor electrical tasks.
- Perform simple carpentry tasks such as installing doors repairing steps fences and rails.
- Assist with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed.

- An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 years of maintenance experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to respond to after hour emergencies
- Ability to lift push pull 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay rate: $2528/hour DOE
