About the Role:
- Ensure sites are delivering operational excellence and meeting or exceeding site KPIs
- Provide inspirational leadership to the region and coach on expected behaviours
- Ensure process is being followed on site.
- Ensure sites are appropriately resourced and leave coverage is coordinated.
- Participate in interviews training and performance management as required.
- Work with insurers to ensure were providing outstanding customer service and drive a culture of excellence.
- Coordinate area reviews
- Champion safe working culture on site.
About You:
- Must have Collision Repair experience in a leadership capacity
- Trade qualifications in Panel/Paint strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven track record of building and motivating teams.
- Familiar with Microsoft products and intermediate IT literacy
- Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
