The Companys Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 128000.00 USD 168000.00 USD. Job related skills experience education and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level eligibility and performance a total package may include profit sharing a shortterm incentive and/or longterm incentives. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and have a passion for building strong relationships and developing innovative solutions this role is for you!

Financial Acumen:
Assess investments and their tradeoffs.
Understand customer business models and key drivers.
Accurately forecast costs revenue and risks.
Demonstrate Courage Confidence and Adaptability:
Take decisive action in highstakes situations.
Resolve issues independently and promptly.
Adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING
Bachelors degree with 7 years of relevant business experience or advanced degree with 5 years of relevant business experience
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Previous account management experience with different classes of trade
Demonstrated track record of successful and profitable growth of major accounts
Experience managing crossfunctional partnerships
Previous corporate account management experience
Experience in retail sales in the ConsumerPackaged Goods industry
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Travel up to 10
Fulltime onsite role in Minneapolis MN core hours: 9 3
Remote work is available once per week for eligible employees
The individual assuming this position may need to relocate for future opportunities
This role is eligible for domestic relocation
