Job Description
Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a coeducational nongovernment school for ELC to Year 12 students with three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs Palmerston andLeanyer.
Applications are sought fromasuitably qualified and experienced Mathematics and Physics Teacherto join theMiddle/Senior (Years 612)teachingteam at the Howard Springs.
Secondary Teachersprovide an atmosphere for students to fulfil their potential for intellectual emotional physical spiritual and psychological growth. They are responsible for organising and implementing an instructional program that will result in students achieving academic success.
As a community we inspire and equip students to flourish as compassionate highly capable people who enrich the lives of others guided by Christian values.
The ideal candidate shouldhaveexperienceteaching inMiddle/Senior schooland ademonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team developing establishing implementing and monitoring learning and curriculum. They should also have experience teaching:
- Mathematics (Methods and Specialist)
- Physics
