We are seeking a talented and innovative Support Engineer to join our team working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and compliance. In this role you will leverage large language models (LLMs) and other advanced machine learning techniques to develop and maintain automated systems for validating compliance documents.
Key job responsibilities
Implement and finetune large language models to accurately process and analyze complex compliance documentation
Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms for automated document validation and anomaly detection
Collaborate with compliance experts to translate regulatory requirements into AIdriven validation processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the AIpowered compliance validation system
Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in NLP LLMs and AI to continually improve our validation processes
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients using the automated compliance validation tools
A day in the life
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI or a related field
Strong programming skills particularly in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch)
Experience working with large language models and natural language processing techniques
Familiarity with compliance processes and regulatory environments (e.g. GDPR HIPAA SOX)
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
2 years of software development or 2 years of technical support experience
Experience scripting in modern program languages
Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
Knowledge of web services distributed systems and web application development
Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
Experience with REST web services XML JSON
