We are looking for a Sr PMT who is a relentless selfstarter with a track record of delivery someone with a true pioneering spirit who will boldly do whats best for our customers. Leveraging a wide range of AI/ML and automation techniques you will have an opportunity to invent design and launch solutions that will directly impact every customer across all AWS services.
Key job responsibilities
You possess an established product management track record experience launching missioncritical systems and a wellrounded technical background in automation GenAI / ML technologies. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive highlevel strategic initiatives but can also roll up your sleeves dig in and get the job done. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap for automation initiatives in AWS Support including how GenAI can be leveraged to expand automation coverage and delivery velocity. You will partner with multiple science and engineering teams to build cohesive user experiences across the tools used to deliver our worldclass Support. You will be at the forefront of ML and Cloud technologies with interactions across the full breadth of AWS services.

Bachelors degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
3 years of experience in a technical product leadership role focused on automation GenAI and/or ML

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
