Job Description
Position: Senior Flutter Developer
Location: hybrid in Charlotte NC.
Duration: 12 months
Visa: gc or citizens
What Youll Need to Have:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent experience (skills and experience valued over formal education).
Extensive experience (3 years) developing complex productionready applications using Flutter for mobile and web platforms.
Proven experience in architecting and optimizing largescale Flutter projects with complex architectures and significant user bases.
Expertise in crossplatform Flutter development (mobile web desktop).
Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider Riverpod BLoC).
Strong focus on application performance optimization and accessibility.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter projects.
Experience in Angular applications integrating with Java/J2EE is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in a distributed teamoriented environment.
