As a Case Coordinator you will actively provide direct placement services supervision and case management to assigned caseload. Responsibilities include but not limited to managing foster parents and children developing and implementing individualized service plans active visitationto homes and various settings coordinating transportation as needed and connecting families to referrals servicesand resources. The individualin this role is also responsible for heavy documentation and reporting crisis management and ensuring families comply with all policies proceduresand regulations for applicable agencies.

Education:Bachelors degree in psychology or a human services related field required. Masters Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two 2 years experience in child welfare foster care or inhome crisis interventions.Experience providing clinical and/or case management services to children and families. Must possess excellent therapeutic skills written/verbal communication and organizational skills.Previous DFCS or CPA experience preferred. Experience with SHINES system a huge plus!
Other qualifications:
Strong technical skills and comfortable utilizing inhouse computer applications for documenting and reporting purposes.
Valid Drivers License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to complete atwoweek paid new hire orientation class;hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
