Are you passionate about helping customers machine learning and Alexa Do you love improving the customer experience for millions of Amazons customers Come join the Privacy and Offensive Content (OCP) team in Digital Device and Alexa Support (D2AS)!
Were looking for a Program Manager who is passionate about building customer trust across Digital and Device services. A successful candidate will be comfortable designing flexible processes for ambiguous and fastpaced environments. This is a global role that will include interacting with business and tech teams around the globe requiring a strong ability to communicate effectively and understand the different needs of customers.
Key job responsibilities
Defining Offensive Content and Privacy program strategy across Digital and Subscription services
Working autonomously balancing multiple priorities across projects and ensuring successful progress towards longterm strategic goals.
Writing effective narratives and other strategic program documentation to present ideas and drive discussion with leadership as needed.
Works across VP organizations influences crossvertical defects own global roadmap priorities and influence product teams roadmap priorities.

3 years of program or project management experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3 years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
