VAS Group Finance is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team. VAS Group Finance uses a strategic finance advisory model with key stakeholdersthroughout our five VAS business areasto apply data to business and finance decisions as well as measure performance. The team serves as a partner for executives and provides finance support for teams that are propelling growth at Visa. We are an agile highly visible team that collaborates across functions regions and products to play a key role in providing financial planning monthend reporting and financial advisory support for key decisions.

Position Summary

As a Senior Finance Manager you will serve as a strategic finance partner to the worldwide head of Visas VAS business the global VAS Operations leader and the various VAS finance teams that support our five business areas. This role demands superior interpersonal skills to foster strategic partnerships across functions regions and teams to drive thought leadership and oversee the planning budgeting forecasting and monthend reporting processes. You will present results and deliver sophisticated insights and analyses to business partners and executives influencing key financial decisions. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in financial management preferably within a public company and a proven track record of leading smaller teams and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.

Essential Functions

• Manages the coordination organization and of advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses. Key activities include overseeing traditional budgeting and forecasting monthend close processes enhanced financial/business reporting business case development pricing analysis P&L generation and strategic business planning support.
• Drive business case development for major initiatives ad hoc requests and highimpact special projects.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with a broad range of key stakeholders (i.e. executives senior and junior staff) across the business serving as a key point of contact for all financerelated issues.
• Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the strategies priorities and issues impacting the business ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Utilize advanced analytical skills and extensive experience to become a highly influential business partner providing strategic financial insights.
• Identify and implement transformative changes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operational decisionmaking.
• Develop and articulate nearterm and longterm growth strategies that align with business objectives and datadriven insights.
• Influence motivate and collaborate with key global business partners and stakeholders across regions and functions.
• Master Visas financial reporting systems execute complex data queries architect financial frameworks and lead finance technology initiatives.
• Mentor and manage a team of high performing finance resources by helping to create a center of excellence and cultivating a culture of best practices across finance.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
8 years of relevant work experience with a bachelors degree or at least 5 years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of relevant work experience with a PhD degree.

Preferred Qualifications
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD

Prior experience in FP&A Investment Banking Consulting or Corporate Strategy.
Experience in budgeting and forecasting business performance analytics and working with multifunctional teams.
Experience with complex financial systems (e.g. Hyperion TM1 is beneficial but not required.
Ability to improve processes systems and plans that balance shortterm and longterm growth.
High energy and enthusiasm to partner with multiple global and regional stakeholders.
Able to work in a dual reporting matrix environment.
Strong curiosity to connect the dots and tell the story through the financials.
Proven expertise in managing large data sets.

Superior analytical project management and critical thinking skills with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Microsoft Excel) and building presentations (Microsoft PowerPoint).
Highly detailoriented with the ability to convert complex analysis into insightful business commentary.
Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively with management to influence outcomes.
Teamoriented collaborative diplomatic and flexible with excellent presentation skills including strong oral and writing capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a peer with business leaders in global and regional functions.
Strategic and analytical thinker capable of working through complex problems processes and data sets.
Ability to make decisions with limited guidance usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment to drive rigorous factbased recommendations to senior management while supporting syndication with stakeholders across the organization.

Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 142200.00 to 206350.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
