About you:
You are the ultimate guests champion with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of reliability. Always polished and professional you bring a dash of charisma to the team easily communicating and connecting with others to create a positive collaborative vibe that makes everything run smoothly.
Youre a confident driver holding an Australian Full drivers licence or probationary licence (P2 and have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
*Availability to work Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays is preferred.
What you will be doing:
- Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate helpful information.
- Attend to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
