Job Description
- Conduct training on product knowledge technical and application products for both internal and external (Sales team Dealers Authorized Services Users)
- Update & manage all of the latest training calendar and material
- Conduct regular visits to market (Dealers Users) to always update & develop user needs in the field
- Work closely with sales team in seminars or events especially in demonstration and preparation of the products
- Supervise & maintain the highest service standard of Authorized Service through structured visit and field audit
- Support Authorized Services and Dealers for parts ordering and availability (substitution if needed)
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 (five) years of working experiences in related field is required
- Age max 35 years old is preferred
- Have a good technical communication teaching and interpersonal skills
- Have a basic skill in speaking or writing in English
- Energetic and motivated with high level of commitment
- Discipline honest and responsible
- Have an ability to operating MS Office (Power Point Excel Word)
- Full time position available
