Lead and support key HR projects that foster growth and development within the organization.
Provide guidance on labor law and legal matters ensuring company policies are fully compliant.
Support disciplinary processes conflict resolution and organizational development initiatives.
Play a pivotal role in recruitment employee retention strategies and performance management.
Promote career development and a coaching culture through HR tools and continuous feedback.
Assist with international employee relocations and hiring foreign nationals.
Contribute to employee learning and development initiatives and strengthen employer branding.
Engage in organizational change management including restructuring and transformation efforts.
Implement HR analytics and metrics to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.
Work closely with the HR service center to ensure smooth personnel administration salary management and employee benefits
Qualifications :
Relevant working experience: At least 3 years of business partnering experience with focus on people development topics
Education: Bachelor or Masters degree in social studies
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with all levels of the organization and present ideas effectively.
Strong Negotiation Skills: Skilled at navigating discussions and reaching mutually beneficial solutions.
Exceptional Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
ProblemSolving Mindset: Capable of identifying issues and finding innovative solutions to challenges.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to assess data identify trends and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of Labor Law: Strong understanding of labor regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
TechSavvy: Comfortable using MS Office and experienced in using SAP for HR processes.
