Job Description
A Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 Functional Consultant plays a crucial role in bridging business needs with technological solutions. They are responsible for analyzing business processes gathering requirements and configuring D365 applications to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements ensuring alignment with D365 capabilities.
- Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure D365 solutions to meet business needs utilizing outofthebox functionalities and minimizing custom development.
- Implementation and Deployment: Oversee the implementation process including system setup data migration and integration with other systems.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the solution meets functional and technical requirements
- Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the system.
- Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope timelines and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications :
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications with a strong understanding of one or more modules such as Sales Customer Service Field Service Finance or Supply Chain Management.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective D365 solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate are highly desirable.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that the D365 solutions implemented align with business objectives and deliver tangible benefits to the organization.
