Job Description
Your core priorities will be to:
- Develop strategies for business growth focusing on market analysis to pinpoint new expansion opportunities;
- Oversee expansion projects from start to finish ensuring adherence to timelines budget and quality standards;
- Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities partners and contractors to facilitate the expansion process;
- Conduct indepth research to identify potential sites for new stores. Evaluate each locations feasibility cost and benefits;
- Actively search for suitable spaces and negotiate with property owners for the opening of new stores;
- Secure favorable terms and conditions for lease or purchase;
- Ensure that all expansion activities comply with relevant laws and regulations;
- Remain informed about legislative changes affecting expansion plans;
- Keep detailed records of expansion activities and regularly update management on progress;
- Address challenges in the expansion process promptly and efficiently providing practical solutions.
Qualifications :
A successful Expansion Specialist will have:
- Degree from a recognized university ideally in Business Economics or related fields;
- Proven experience in market expansion with specific knowledge of the Bucharest market dynamics;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills capable of building effective relationships;
- Fluent in English with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and data reporting tools.
