What youll do:

SuperAwesome is looking for an experienced Ad Operations professional to oversee the and optimization of direct PMP social and YouTube campaigns across North America. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring seamless campaign delivery while balancing performance delivery and margin to maximize efficiency and GP revenue.

The ideal candidate has a strong background with DSP and a deep understanding of thirdparty tags discrepancy resolution and campaign troubleshooting. You will be the first point of contact for Sales and Account Management when it comes to Ad Operations providing subject matter expertise and insights to ensure successful campaign .


In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive programmatic advertising strategy that aligns with client goals and objectives of mid to top tier clients across North American region

  • Optimising direct programmatic & social campaigns providing ongoing communication to account management & sales

  • Utilize data and analytics to drive decisionmaking and optimize campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with account management publisher development product and sales to ensure campaign success

  • Proactively support ad ops team members by sharing knowledge globally and maintaining documentation

  • Act as a technical expert on SAs ad serving technology; supporting campaign & creative troubleshooting a/b testing and working to resolve issues in a timely manner

  • Identify issues preventing campaigns from hitting KPIs and propose effective solutions

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in support of SuperAwesomes ad tech stack ad format capabilities & limitations#

  • Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in programmatic advertising.


Who you are:

  • 6 years of Adtech/digital ad operations or equivalent experience

  • 3 years of programmatic experience

  • Experience in a queue management/ticketing system (JIRA/Freshdesk/Trello)

  • Fluency with Google Suite (including Data Studio)

  • Must have experience with VAST/HTML5 ad formats

  • Experience with 3rd party tag vendors (DCM Innovid Moat IAS Sizmek etc)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

  • Team player with the willingness to collaborate and help the team succeed

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to support multiple projects & prioritize tasks

  • Proactive selfmotivated and detailoriented with a passion for digital marketing.

  • Understanding of privacy laws and regulations (such as COPPA & GDPR)

  • This position will be based in Chicago or NYC but requires working partly in west coast business hours as needed.
