Implement L&D strategy inline with stake holder requirement
Monitor and Administer Pretrg. Onday & Posttrg. services
Check Training tool for correctness and completeness
Provide guidance to training administrators about TrainM tool and updates
Develop good understanding of Bosch competence model and deployment as required by Business units / Central team
Develop Annual training calendar along with stake holders
Report training status of entities Input to training cost recovery
Documentation of processes and Change management
Participation in audits at dept. level
Establish regular connect with various entities Central team to ensure timely information is shared with the region
Participate in Global team meetings and implement relevant actions with respect to L&D strategy and update of processes
Generate reports from Training tool Analyse data provide input to MIS to enable actions towards goal achievement
Identify root cause and resolve training related issues.
Improve & Document processes with respect to training services
Provide guidance to resolve SSF tickets related to training issues TrainM tool maintenance in the region inline with the updates from Global team
Qualifications :
Educational qualification: Bachelors degree Post Graduation preferred
Experience : 8 Years in Training administration and delivery activities Knowledge in HR domain Learning administration
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Experience of handling leadership trainings
Knowledge of handling Success factors Learning Management System
Working knowledge MS Office
Stakeholder management
Preferred Skills : TrainM experience
