Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager MEA to join our team in Trkiye. As the Service Manager for the Middle East and Africa region you will play a crucial role in driving service excellence managing crosscultural teams and ensuring customer satisfaction across diverse markets.
- Develop and implement strategic service plans for the MEA region aligning with overall company objectives
- Lead and mentor service teams across multiple countries fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Analyze service performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for enhancement and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline service processes and improve efficiency
- Manage key client relationships and resolve escalated service issues promptly and effectively
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices adapting strategies to meet evolving market needs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies across the MEA region
- Travel to various locations within the Middle East and Africa as required to support service operations and client relationships
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Service Management or related field; MBA or relevant masters degree preferred
- Minimum 57 years of experience in service management with a proven track record of improving service quality and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated experience working in or with Middle Eastern and African markets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse crosscultural teams
- Excellent strategic planning and capabilities
- Advanced problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Proficiency in performance management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Outstanding crosscultural communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Turkish; additional languages such as Arabic or French are highly beneficial
- Indepth understanding of service industry trends and best practices in the MEA region
- Knowledge of local business cultures and practices in Middle East and Africa
- Willingness to travel frequently within the MEA region
