Job Summary

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Substitute teacher follows the Teachers lesson plans implements and evaluates learning programs and activities to maximize the learning of each student consistent with the Districts goals and objectives.

Requirements / Qualifications

Attach the following documentation: 1 Teaching permit or credential(s) and 2 must currently hold a credential or substitute permit to teach in grades K12 as a daytoday substitute. We will be unable to consider any application submitted without proof of a current and valid credential/permit.

  • Renew Your Document: 30Day Substitute Teaching Permit Checklist: 30Day Substitute Teaching Permits leaflet: Information: Questions can be directed to the Commissions Certification Division through the tool found at you apply for a 30day substitute permit and do not receive it by the deadline and receive a regret letter you may reapply on the first of the following month.
