This is a unique opportunity for you to apply skills learned in academia to the broad field of corporate real estate.

As Real Estate Intern you will support Global Lead Real Estate Transactions by leveraging technology to implement governance compliant best practice processes globally. This involves applying techdriven solutions to manage Real Estate transactions and deliver consistent highquality performance within the Real Estate organisation. Real estate projects include new lease acquisitions disposals renewals sales or purchases.
Real estate portfolio management including tracking critical dates and project initiation communicating with local stakeholders and milestone tracking for selfdelivered project transactions
Financial Governance Programme Management support which involves reviewing and controlling the quality of governance approval requests
Data analysis of lease portfolio data savings/valueadd lease quality other performance metrics support with the Roche Project Performance Scorecard (PPS) and contribute to the preparation of quarterly Enabling Team updates
Data management such as updating the owned and leased asset database collecting documents and data from local site contacts performing data audits and cleansing identifying suspicious data automatically resolving open queries and archiving external vendor reports
Systems administration and internal comms such as managing the onboarding library adding/removing users changing access rights in real estate project management and lease administration platforms as needed preparing the agenda as well as hosting internal team meetings and drafting internal news articles
Budgeting and spend monitoring involving tracking invoices forecasting yearend costs and allocating costs internally
Utilizing technology to optimize existing workflows and tools through process design and automation as well as to improve how data is managed and analysed
Currently enrolled in your Bachelor or Master course in the fields of Real Estate Finance IT Business or Management or finished your studies within twelve months before the start of the internship
Have a passion for Real Estate
Effective and clear communication skills and proficiency in English
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google Suite (e.g. Google Sheets Slides Docs etc.
Experience with coding or scripting (e.g. Google Apps Script JavaScript Python etc.

The preferred start date of the internship is June 2025 for 12 months. Please clearly indicate your earliest availability on your motivation letter.
