Job Title: OR Supervisor/Manager
Location: Glendale WI
Salary: $110000 $149000 annually
Shift: Monday Friday 40 hours/week Operating Room hours: 6:30 AM 6:00 PM
Job Description:
A highperforming physicianowned surgical center in Glendale WI is seeking an Operating Room Supervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of its 10suite OR department. With over 575 to 625 surgeries performed monthly this leadership role is pivotal in ensuring efficient safe and patientfocused surgical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Operating Room
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety during surgical procedures
- Collaborate with physicians nursing staff and other departments for seamless operations
- Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Support training performance reviews and professional development of OR staff
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active WI RN license (prior to hire date)
- Bachelors degree in Nursing
- BLS certification (within 1 month of hire)
- ACLS certification (within 12 months of hire)
- Minimum 2 years of operating room experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Advanced competency and training in orthopedic and spine programs
Preferred:
- CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room)
- Masters degree in a healthrelated field
