Drive harmonization of local process with group process while allowing business continuity
Challenge the status quo with senior stakeholders to bring effective business changes through process and data transformation
Balance global standards that support cost effective scale and automation with necessary regional exceptions that drive competitive advantage for LDC
Ensure change management efficiency to achieve target value realization and process efficiency
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Meet with plans timelines and budgets for him/her and his/her team
Provide leadership and mentorship to project within his/her team members as well as local business teams fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement.
Communicate project updates status reports and key insights to stakeholders at all levels facilitating transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
Participate in required organizational changes after the transformation
Qualifications :
Experience
Extensive experience 10 years) in business process implementation and transformation with a proven track record of successfully leading implementations in complex organizational environments.
Hard Skills
Experience of large transformation programs with an international dimension
Understanding of agricommodity business and processes. Previous experience in the agriculture industry with understanding of sectorspecific challenges and opportunities is a plus
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and driving business change across business unit or globally
Strong Experience with Process transformation managing regional and global processes
Experience as business lead or similar roles in systems implementations (ERP Reporting Tools
Experience in Data modelling and implementation
Experience in organizational design and implementation
Soft Skills
Both handson and strategic: can define long term plans and as necessary deep dive in specific topics.
Impeccable communication including project management lead by influence.
Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a resultsoriented mindset and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to anticipate and plan accordingly.
