Job Description
As a Product Manager you will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch working closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering design and business. You will define the product roadmap prioritize features and ensure successful by collaborating with various stakeholders. Your ultimate goal is to deliver products that meet user needs business objectives and are aligned with the company s overall strategy.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for travelrelated platforms and services.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and synthesize business requirements user needs and market trends.
Prioritize product features based on business impact user experience and technical feasibility.
Translate business goals into detailed product requirements wireframes and user stories for development teams.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept through to delivery ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Collaborate with engineering design and business teams to ensure seamless delivery of features and functionality.
Conduct user research analyze user behavior and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
Drive product innovation by staying ahead of industry trends and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Develop success metrics and continuously monitor the performance of your products to iterate and improve.
Ensure smooth product launches including coordination with marketing sales and support teams.
Requirements:
MustHave:
Experience: 47 years of product management experience preferably in a technology travel or ecommerce space.
Product Leadership: Strong track record of owning and delivering successful digital products.
Analytical: Datadriven approach to decisionmaking with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Collaboration: Experience working crossfunctionally with engineering design and business teams.
Agile Development: Handson experience with agile methodologies and managing backlogs in tools like JIRA.
UserCentric: Deep understanding of user experience and an ability to empathize with user needs.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
Preference :
Technical Background: Basic understanding of backend and frontend technologies (NodeJS MySQL MongoDB ReactJS).
Travel Domain Expertise: Experience working in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools like Asana Trello or similar.
