Job Description
- Curate exclusive culinary and beverage experiences for premium clients.
- Collaborate with chefs sommeliers and mixologists to create bespoke offerings.
- Stay updated on global trends in fine dining premium beverages and gastronomy.
- Conduct tastings and provide expert recommendations on food and drinks.
- Build relationships with highend suppliers to source premium products.
- Manage budgets and ensure highquality costeffective service delivery.
- Train staff on culinary excellence and beverage presentation.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and quality standards.
- Bachelor s degree in Culinary Arts Hospitality or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in luxury culinary services or hospitality.
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisines wines and spirits.
- Certification as a sommelier or mixologist is highly desirable.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Passion for creating memorable highend culinary experiences.
