Mortgage Lending Manager (AVP Level)
Location: Hopewell Junction NY (Mortgage Operations Center)
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM InOffice; Must be available to assist originations on sales calls and attend networking events which may include nights and weekends
Salary Range: $95000 $115000 plus monthly commission based on department production

What You Bring
- 58 years of residential lending experience including both originations and operations.
- Prior team leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of conventional mortgage products; construction and renovation lending a plus.
- Familiarity with industry software (Mortgage Director Blend Wilqo preferred).
- Bachelors degree or equivalent industry certifications.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

What Youll Do
As the AVP of Residential Lending youll assist the Chief Lending Officer in leading the residential lending team. Youll oversee daily operations drive loan production and meet sales goals ensure compliance and mentor a dedicated team of mortgage professionals.
- Lead and manage the Residential Lending team ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coach and support Mortgage Loan Officers in originating a diverse and growing loan portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and policy standards.
- Oversee quality control and audit processes ensuring timely reviews and issue resolution.
- Contribute strategically to process development workflow improvements and lending policies.
- Represent TEG within the mortgage community and support team networking efforts.
