Position: Parents Relations Manager
Location: Gurugram Haryana Sector60
Industry: PreSchool Daycare & Kids Gym
Salary:per month
Joining: Immediate
Job Summary:
Looking for a dynamic and targetdriven Parents Relations Manager to manage the daily operations of the center. The role involves:
Driving revenue growth
Converting enquiries into admissions
Outdoor marketing & promotions
Engaging with parents and ensuring satisfaction
Handling team data and customer relations
Collecting revenue and maintaining reports
Adapting to change with a growth mindset
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Strong relationshipbuilding ability with parents children and colleagues
Selfmotivated with a desire to learn and grow
46 years of experience in a similar role
Candidates from the EdTech background can also apply
Preference given to candidates residing near Gurgaon Sector60
Work Timings:
Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
Weekends: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 weekly off
