Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rhondda Cynon Taf to assist with the appointment of a Field Technician on a 1month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 12.84 16.80 per Hour
Summary:
This is a customerfacing role focused on upgrading home care devices from analogue to digital systems. Youll be part of a dedicated team helping to modernise home care setups supporting vulnerable customers in transitioning to improved digital hardware. Full training will be provided on the equipment and installation process.
Responsibilities:
- Replace analogue home care devices with new digital systems in service users homes.
- Deliver excellent customer service while onsite and provide clear demonstrations of equipment to customers (training will be provided).
- Accurately follow setup and installation instructions for each device.
- Maintain clear communication with the team reporting progress and any issues encountered.
- Organise daily workload and adhere to safety and service standards.
Essential Criteria:
- Basic IT knowledge and confidence working with devices.
- Ability to follow clear instructions and procedures.
- Good organisational skills.
- A valid Driving Licence (essential for travelling to customer locations).

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires an Enhanced DBS
