Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure that all drinks are made according to company standards and guest preferences
Maintain a clean and organized bar area including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and equipment
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner taking orders and making recommendations when necessary
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for guests and staff On Board Cruise Ship
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar and provide assistance when needed
Stay uptodate with new and trending drinks and techniques to continuously improve the beverage selection and guest experience
Adhere to all company policies and procedures including responsible alcohol service and inventory management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a highvolume establishment
Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
Full Time
