About the Role:
As the Key Account Manager youll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of highvalue corporate clients. Your role will involve managing relationships ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. You will also act as a strategic partner between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain trusted client relationships
Serve as the lead contact for all key accounts
Oversee the successful delivery of solutions and services to clients
Drive retention and growth through excellent service and strategic upselling
Resolve client issues efficiently and maintain high client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal departments to align service delivery with client expectations
Monitor performance and report on account metrics and feedback
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Key Account Manager
Client Relationship Manager or similar roleProficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
Strong interpersonal negotiation and communication skills
Strong problemsolving ability and attention to detail
