Lead Frontend Developer (React)
Base salary in the range of $160000 to $210000 plus equity. Minimum Experience Required: 5 years of professional experience with . Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time. Location: 100 Remote.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to lead our frontend team and drive the development of our user interfaces. You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex UI features mentoring junior developers and contributing to our frontend architecture. If you are passionate about building beautiful intuitive and highperformance web applications this role is for you.

Lead the development of user interfaces using .
Design and implement complex UI features and components.
Mentor and guide junior frontend developers.

What You Bring:
5 years of professional experience with .
Strong understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux Context API).
Expertise in modern frontend build tools (e.g. Webpack Babel).
Experience with testing libraries (e.g. Jest React Testing Library).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with performance optimization and debugging.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
