Job Description
Summary:
To lead our marketing initiatives in Cebu City Philippines. This role focuses on team leadership strategic planning and the integration of AI tools to enhance workflow and campaign effectiveness.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage the planning and delivery of digital marketing projects ensuring they meet deadlines scope and budget.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that leverage AI tools to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- AI Integration: Identify and implement AIdriven solutions to streamline marketing processes such as content creation customer segmentation and performance analytics.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in digital marketing project management with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in integrating AI tools into marketing workflows is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and experience using AIpowered marketing tools.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Jira Asana) and marketing analytics platforms.
- Skills: Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Proven ability to drive innovation and process improvement.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of ethical considerations in AI applications within marketing.
