Job Description
Our client an Am 100 law firm is looking for a junior to midlevel associate with 23 years of experience to join the Taxation Practice Group in Boston New York or Washington DC.
The ideal candidate will have experience in taxrelated matters concerning fund formation investment management transactions and partnership taxation. Additional experience in mergers acquisitions divestitures and transactional tax matters representing both buyers and sellers is preferred. Skills in entity choice LLC agreements and transactional tax work are advantageous. Candidates must possess strong writing communication and interpersonal skills.
We seek a dynamic and highly motivated associate who is adaptable capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines and eager to contribute to a team. A positive attitude a willingness to learn and improve and a commitment to client service are crucial. Applicants must have excellent academic credentials AmLaw 100 experience is strongly preferred.
Candidates must hold a JD from an ABAaccredited law school be in good standing and an active member of the bar in the jurisdiction where they are admitted. Timely admission to the state bar in the office of hire is required.
