The S&P WSO (Wall Street Office) is the industry leader in leveraged loan and highyield solutions providing comprehensive products and services for portfolio management servicing reporting and analysis. Our portfolio management solution gives immediate access to realtime reference and transactional data on various asset classes. Its functionality is tailored to handle the unique behavior of bank loans and compliance reporting required for complex structures. The role would need individuals to transform testing into a continuous and efficient endtoend quality engineering function through the use of quality processes tools and methodologies significantly improving control accuracy and integrity.

The Impact:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our quality team. The candidate must have good understanding using performance testing methods on cloudbased applications. This position requires a resource with excellent communication skills strong analytical and problemsolving skills as well as experience with Performance Testing frameworks.
The best candidate will show an ability to create Performance Testing frameworks and script blueprints with best practices implemented that can be shared across the teams. Demonstratable knowledge of SQL JMeter DB Profiling tools is expected.

Responsibilities:
- Help us create an endtoend Framework to encompass all the dimensions of NonFunctional testing.
- Implement a performance test framework using JMeter. Own and manage performance test environment.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in performance testing and nonfunctional testing methodologies.
- Understand nonfunctional requirements (Stress Spike Capacity load and scalability) develop performance test scripts follow test plan schedule and scope.
- Run performance tests on the application under test. Report defects and performance KPIs as part of the performance test report.
- Provide feedback on process improvement when theres an opportunity and strive to apply testing best practices in the performance test.
- Experience in testing highvolume web and batchbased transaction enterprise applications.
- Experience in setup and management of test environments on different platforms (Windows/ Unix).
- Good understanding of troubleshooting performance issues encountered during performance testing.
- Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging trends in performance testing and nonfunctional testing methodologies
- Collaborate with development QA and business teams to identify performance bottlenecks and drive the implementation of performance tuning and optimization solutions.
- Conduct load testing stress testing scalability testing and endurance testing to assess the systems ability to handle high volumes of traffic and data.
- Establish performance benchmarks and baselines for different environments and configurations.
- Report and communicate performance testing results findings and recommendations to stakeholders including senior management and technical teams
- Works with the different project stakeholders to help define and document performance SLAs requirements and expectations around critical factors such as response time throughput transactions/second concurrent users CPU utilization memory disk network utilization thread counts connection pooling hit ratios.
- Develops datadriven test scripts and execute performance and load testing of the applications.
- Review the performance test scripts created or modified by peers to ensure compliance with standards.
- Experience using Git TeamCity and Grafana etc.
- Ability to interpret Network/system diagram results of performance tests and identify improvements.
- Understand business scenarios in depth to define workload modelling for different scenarios
- Knowledge of containers and microservice API Testing
- Able to accurately analyze performance test results and present analysis in both technical and business language
- What Were Looking For:
- Education level Engineering Graduate
- Year of Experience. 5 to 10 years
- Experience with Azure DevOps and working with Agile teams
- Specific skills
- Technologies: C# .NET .NET Core Angular JavaScript PowerShell YAML REST GIT
- Automation: Selenium Spec Flow Appvance
- Tools: JMeter Blazemeter Lighthouse WebPagetest Containers Grafana InfluxDB.
- Ability to write and understand complex SQL queries
- Proficient in writing and interpreting XMl scripts
- Knowledge of containers and microservice API Testing
- Familiar with AWS for managing performance scripts and pipelines
- Knowledge of Docker for application deployment in containerized environment
- Ability to analyze the logs and monitoring tools such as Cloudwatch Splunk
- Strong understanding and hands on exposure required on different types of non1functional testing like Performance (Load Stress Scalability etc. Security Usability Compatibility Reliability Failover Scalability Usability Accessibility
- Fair understanding of AWS (Amazon Web Services) services like S3 Buckets EC2 Lambda Cloud Formation AMIs to have skills.
- Good to have skills
