Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment
Review support and implement the marketing plan
Create and distribute marketing materials ads and mailings to local neighborhoods community centers daycares etc.
Represent the schools at student and staff recruitment fairs
Plan prepare for and conduct open houses
Participates in the development of student recruitment and retention plans strategies and written materials.
Continuously assess student application enrollment conversion and attrition data trends to inform school enrollment targets and regularly report out key data to various key stakeholders
Generate monthly updates for the companys leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives
Communicate regularly with the Human Resources department to get a clear view of the companys hiring needs and organizational goals
Work closely with the Human Resources department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
Manage the staff interview process
Enrollment
Collaborate with school operations team members to manage the student application lottery and waitlist management platform
Gather and prepare student enrollment information and paperwork (parent handbook presentation)
Maintain the schools waiting list for admission and enrolls new students in compliance with the charter law and other
Plan student enrollment process i.e. orientation interviews open houses
Set student enrollment dates
Create and conduct postenrollment parent engagement plans
Monitor student enrollment numbers
Prepares reports and proposals and responds to inquiries from students and
Ensures compliance with student confidentiality laws
Provide support to ensure that all new employees receive the proper onboarding materials

Requirements
Attend the annual Hyde 101 Training
Demonstrated success working in an urban school setting
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
