About the Role: As an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant at Style Netbox youll be the first point of contact for our clients providing them with assistance and support throughout their journey with us. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn grow and develop skills in customer service and communication.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients via phone email and chat with inquiries requests and concerns.
Provide accurate information about our services and guide clients through processes.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Update customer records and maintain accurate service logs.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle product or service returns exchanges and complaints with professionalism.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with clients to foster longterm relationships.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude professional demeanor and eagerness to assist others.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
