The Vice President of Marketing & Leasing to lead and elevate our brand communications and leasing strategies across our multifamily portfolio. This role is essential in driving demand generation lead generation strengthening internal and external communications and most importantly serving as the main driver of company culture. What Youll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and leasing strategies to drive occupancy revenue growth and brand recognition across all communities.
  • Oversee all internal and external communications ensuring consistency in messaging brand voice and company values.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns digital advertising social media SEO/SEM content creation and reputation management.
  • Build and execute lead generation programs to drive sales and expand the customer base including management of all ILS (Internet Listing Services) and PPC (PayPerClick) strategies.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns at both the corporate and property level to support brand awareness leasing velocity resident engagement and special initiatives.
  • Manage all social media platforms including LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and others to grow engagement elevate brand presence and support recruitment lead generation and resident retention.
  • Partner with onsite teams and regional leaders to develop innovative leasing initiatives improve conversion rates and enhance the resident experience.
  • Drive company culture by promoting values that inspire engage and unite team members at all levelsfostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Lead the planning and of the companys annual leadership conference ensuring a memorable inspiring and onbrand experience for attendees.
  • Own and report on all key performance indicators (KPIs) related to leasing marketing performance lead generation conversion and brand engagement.
  • Use KPI data to drive performance optimize campaigns improve leasing effectiveness and support strategic decisionmaking across the organization.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of property websites listings and leasing collateral to ensure accuracy appeal and alignment with brand standards.
  • Oversee the production of corporate marketing materials related to the solicitation of real estate investment capital including Property Offering Memorandums Fund Offering Memorandums and Corporate Pitch Decks.
  • Serve as the companys brand ambassador ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across all touchpoints and platforms.
  • Mentor and lead highperforming marketing and leasing teams fostering creativity collaboration and accountability.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Operations Training HR and IT to ensure alignment on company goals and support for key initiatives.
Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field required.
  • MBA or MA/MS in Marketing preferred.
  • 58 years of general marketing experience with displayed career growth is required.
  • Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leadership role is required.
  • Experience in managing external marketing resources marketing consultants and offshore creative teams is required.
  • Multifamily real estate experience required.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking analytical and strategic development abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Complete knowledge of marketing strategy planning application and of marketing initiatives.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing data analytics with proven track record of increased revenue generation through marketing programs and strategic planning.
  • Established understanding of ESG principles and the integration of ESG into marketing strategies.
  • Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
  • Possession of a valid drivers license and uptodate vehicle insurance OR reliable transportation is required.
