Remote Customer Care with a Japanese Tobacco Corporation (Portuguese Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! Youve got to be located in Greece.
Salary is EUR 1100 per month gross with bonuses

Your responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries representing a highly respected brand in the industry.

Utilize phone calls emails and chats to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Provide information about our products and services.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally addressing concerns in a timely manner.

What you will bring:

Fluency in Portuguese

Proficiency in English both written and spoken

Previous experience in customer support or customer care is a plus

Excellent communication skills
