Remote Customer Care with a British Tobacco Corporation (Portuguese Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! Youve got to be located in Greece.
Salary is EUR 1100 per month gross with bonuses

Job Description:

Assist customers through various communication channels including phone calls chat social media and email providing them with valuable insights about the new generation of products.

Help resolve customer inquiries provide product information and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter.

Reach out to new and existing customers offering guidance on product usage and ensuring they get the most out of their purchases.

Support customers in navigating the online store to make informed buying decisions.

Stay updated on product developments marketing strategies and any relevant policy or regulatory changes.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience always striving to exceed expectations.
Prerequisites:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Portuguese (both verbal and written)

Good command of English

Basic computer literacy (MS Windows internet applications etc.

A positive attitude and friendly demeanor

Eagerness to learn new skills and grow professionally

Integrity and responsibility in handling sensitive information

Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
