Remote Customer Care with a Car Corporation (French Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in Greece! Youve got to be located in Greece.
Salary is EUR 1200 per month gross with bonuses

We are seeking Frenchspeaking professionals to become the primary point of contact for customer inquiries offering expert advice and support while representing a prestigious brand in the automotive industry.

Your Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries representing a globally respected automobile brand

Provide seamless support through phone calls emails and chat to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Offer expert advice on a variety of carrelated topics including products and services

Efficiently resolve any issues and address customer concerns with professionalism and care

Aim to turn every customer interaction into a positive memorable experience

What You Will Bring:

Fluency in French

Strong English proficiency both written and spoken

A genuine passion for cars is a huge advantage

At least 6 months of experience in customer support or customer care is preferred

Exceptional communication skills
