Job Description

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and customerfocused Help Desk Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to employees and customers resolving issues related to computer systems software and hardware.

Responsibilities:

3. Record and track technical issues and resolutions.
