Now Hiring: Customer Support Specialist (German & English) Sofia Bulgaria

Role: Customer Support Specialist
Location: Sofia Bulgaria (onsite)
Schedule: 8hour shifts 5 days a week (full time)
Languages: Proficiency in both German and English is required
Employment Type: Fulltime or Parttime

About the Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist youll be the primary contact for our clients handling inquiries via phone email and chat. Your role is essential in creating a positive customer experience resolving issues efficiently and ensuring each interaction leaves a lasting impression.
