Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage building services operations including project planning supervision and site coordination for existing and new residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors and government agencies.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Service Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- MHKIE qualification is a plus.
- Experience in site progress monitoring and contractor coordination; Design & Build experience preferred.
- Valid Safety Green Card required.
