Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management including budget quality safety and site progress for new residential and commercial developments.
- Ensure ongoing projects meet performance goals and timelines.
- Supervise project teams and ensure compliance with contractual specifications.
Requirements:
- HKIE CIOB or equivalent membership preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience in building construction preferably with main contractors.
- Less experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant Project Manager roles.
