You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently recruiting an experienced and commercially focused National Account Manager to join the consumer division of a wellestablished and fastgrowing Irish food and nutrition company. This hybrid role based out of Dublin will focus on managing and growing key grocery retail accounts across chilled and dairy categories with responsibility for both branded and ownlabel products.
Reporting into the Senior Account Manager this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a direct impact on strategic account planning category growth and customer satisfaction.
Lead the development and of customer account plans to grow branded and ownlabel sales
Negotiate JBPs promotional calendars and commercial terms with major retail customers
Manage the contracting and delivery of budgeted volumes margin and category performance
Drive NPD listings distribution growth and promotional effectiveness within your accounts
Act as the internal customer champion collaborating crossfunctionally to deliver on key projects
Monitor account performance providing insightdriven recommendations based on market trends and internal data
Ensure clear internal communication around customer plans pricing and promotional activities
Track spend and maintain budget discipline across trade terms and marketing investments
Proven experience in a National Account Manager or Customer Manager role within the FMCG sector
Strong understanding of the Irish grocery retail landscape (branded and/or ownlabel)
Excellent negotiation relationship management and presentation skills
Demonstrated success in managing P&L commercial planning and promotional
Highly organised resultsfocused and commercially astute
Energetic selfmotivated and able to thrive in a fastpaced changeoriented environment
Strong analytical mindset and comfortable interpreting sales data and trends
Flexibility to commute to the Citywest office at least twice per week
