Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building services work in building project operation planning supervision and site coordination;
- Oversee and supervise the installation of building systems and operating procedures;
- Perform site coordination work with client consultants subcontractors/suppliers and government department.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 5 years relevant experience in Building Construction Industry;
- Professional qualification of MHKIE will be an advantage;
- Knowledge of Building Services Installation and relevant statutory regulations;
- Familiar with site progress monitoring and onsite coordination with subcontractors;
- Candidates with Design & Build experience is preferred ;
- Proficient in computer applications e.g. AutoCAD MS Word and MS Excel;
- Selfmotivated good communications and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Holder of Safety Green Card is required;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Building Services Engineer / Assistant Building Services Engineer.
