Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller with a strong background in UAEbased projects particularly in material submittals and construction documentation. This is a fully remote role suited for candidates who are detailoriented organized and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize project documentation in compliance with company and client standards
  • Prepare track and submit material submittals shop drawings and transmittals
  • Ensure proper filing version control and traceability of documents
  • Coordinate with project managers engineers and external stakeholders
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all documents

Requirements:

  • Proven 7 years UAE experience as a Document Controller in the AEC (Architecture Engineering Construction) industry
  • Familiarity with material submittals drawings and document workflow
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Techsavvy and comfortable using document control systems and cloud storage
  • Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Immediate availability preferred
