Key Responsibilities
Lead clash detection and resolution processes using tools like Navisworks
Collaborate with design teams to ensure structural integrity and constructability within BIM environments.
Assist with the creation and management of Revit families templates and structural content libraries.
Review audit and validate incoming and outgoing models for quality and compliance.
Coordinate multidisciplinary model integration version control and issue tracking.
Support project teams during all phases design documentation and construction.
Mentor and provide technical support and training to junior staff and BIM technicians.
Generate structural documentation drawings schedules and reports from BIM models.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and actively contribute to resolving design issues.
Key Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering Civil Engineering Architecture or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience working in a BIMrelated role in structural engineering.
Proficiency in Revit (Structural) Navisworks AutoCAD and other BIMrelated software.
Experience with Clash Detection BIM 360/ACC and model collaboration workflows.
Knowledge of international BIM standards (e.g. ISO 19650 PAS 1192.
Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction methodologies.
Excellent communication coordination and problemsolving skills
Experience with parametric modeling Dynamo or visual scripting.
Knowledge of cloudbased collaboration platforms (e.g. BIM 360 Revizto).
Certification in BIM (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional etc) will be a plus
