Position Overview
Were seeking an experienced BIM Modeler specializing in loadbearing coldformed metal framing systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both Revit and Framecad software platforms along with a strong understanding of structural engineering principles and drawings.

Key Responsibilities
* Create detailed 3D models using Revit and Framecad for loadbearing metal framing projects
* Develop shop drawings and fabrication documentation
* Coordinate with structural engineers and project teams
* Review and interpret structural engineering drawings
* Generate accurate material lists and production files
* Perform clash detection and coordinate with other trades
* Create panel layout and assembly drawings
* Maintain BIM standards and best practices
* Support production planning through accurate modeling
* Collaborate with field teams to ensure constructability
